CHC Helical gear units
Cross+Morse are distributors for Chiaravalli CHC Helical gear units.
These units can be connected respectively with motors such as standard motor, brake motor, explosion-proof motor, IEC motor B5 – B14. This kind of product is widely used in industries such as textile, foodstuff, beverage, chemical industry and packaging.
CHC Series helical gear units are manufactured in 5 sizes (+ 1 on request). Power 0.12-4 Kw; Ratio 5-46.
Torque max 120-500 Nm. It can be connected (foot, flange) discretionary and use multi-mounting positions according to customers’ requirements.

CH Worm Geared Motors and Worm Gear Units
With the CH series we have a gearbox with a motor mounting flange that is separable from the housing which incorporate the oil seal; in this way we avoid any risk of damaging the oil seal in case of replacement of the input flange and the O-Ring can be eliminated.
There are 6 available worm gearbox sizes.
Sizes 03-04-05 are available with 8 different configurations
Sizes 06-07-08 are available in 4 different configurations.

CHM – Worm Geared Motors and Worm Gear Units
There are four types of CHM worm gearboxes CHM/ CHMR/ CHME and CHMRE available in 10 different sizes.
Sizes 025 to 090 casings are of aluminium construction and sizes 110, 130 and 150 are made from cast iron.
Ratios available – 7.5 to 100:1
CHO Helical-Hypoid Gear Units
Chiaravalli CHO helical hypoid gear units have been designed to be used instead of worm gearboxes where high efficiency is requested, especially with high ratios, they are interchangeable.
CHO gearboxes are manufactured in 4 sizes.

Ratio 7,5-300
Torque max 130-500 Nm.

CH-G K Line Bevel Gearboxes
Chiaravalli CH-G K line bevel gearboxes are meticulously engineered to handle high torque and heavy-duty operations without faltering. CH-G A/F Line Helical Gearboxes

CH-G D/M Line Parallel Axis Gearboxes
Chiaravalli CH-G D/M line parallel axis gearboxes are dedicated to belt or screw conveyor applications, these gears are also suitable for any other industrial applications. The robustness of cast iron combined with innovative design makes these gearboxes a prime choice for industries seeking efficient and reliable transmission solutions.
CH-G D/M line gearboxes are manufactured in 4 sizes.

Planetary Gearboxes Cast Iron
Chiaravalli planetary gear boxes are available in linear version (CHPL) and angular one (CHPLB).
The range covers 11 transmission sizes, from 1000 Nm up to 35000 Nm, rate reductions from 3.55:1 to 3422:1 and more with four reduction stages (these available upon request).
One of the main advantages of these planetary gearboxes is that they can be easily assembled with electric and hydraulic motors, worm gearboxes (CHM series) and input shafts.
Right Angle Precision Bevel Gear Drives
CHT-RB and CHT-RP right-angle drives are designed for industrial applications where rotary power must be transferred between two shafts at right-angles to each other. CHT-RB and CHT-RP are available in many different sizes with 2 or 3 outputs and 1/1 – 1/2 – 1/3 transmission ratios.
CHT Electric Motors
CHT series motors have been produced to be mounted on gearboxes and therefore they have mechanical and electrical characteristics particularly right for this use.
All the motors are IP55, insulation class F with phase separator to be used with frequency variators, in this condition they can be provided complete with forced ventilation.
Single phase and three phase motors available in three basic mounting configurations – B3 foot-mounted, B5 and B14 flange-mounted.
