HTD Metric Pulleys and Belts
The HTD series of is available in 3M, 5M, 8M and 14M pitch sizes for standard drives, and Silver and Gold belts for increased power and torque capacity. Large range of tooth sizes and widths in pilot and taper bore form in all pitch sizes of pulleys from stock.
Polyurethane Timing Belt Drives
Available on 2 tooth forms: ‘T’ (pitch sizes T2.5, T5 and T10) and ‘AT’ (pitch sizes: AT5 and AT10), our wide range includes belts (both endless and open ended) and pulleys in high grade aluminium alloy stocked to suit all standard belt widths.
V-Belt Pulleys and Taper Bushes
Cross+Morse stock high quality fine cast balanced V pulleys finished with phosphate coating for SPZ, SPA, SPB and SPC belts; finished bores for taper bushes or pilot bore which we can machine to suit. Ask about our matching timing V belts and our new range of Poly V pulleys.
Clamping Plates and Timing Bars – Special Belts
We offer a standard range of clamping plates and timing bars, as well as top quality belts of various coatings with cleats or holes for fittings. Special belts for the glass, tobacco, nappy, packaging, paper, carton, conveyor, lift and fish industry can be manufactured on request.
Classical Timing Belt Drives
Cross+Morse stock Classical Series Timing Belts in sizes XL (1/5”), L (3/8”) and H (1/2”) in most standard widths and lengths. They are available in a number of stock widths and large selection of tooth sizes for maximum versatility, the pulleys are available in pilot or taper bore form.
Poly Chain® GT® Timing Belt Pulleys
Cross+Morse offer Poly Chain® GT® Timing Belt Pulleys 8M and 14M to suit 8mm and 14mm pitch belts.
8M available in 12, 21, 36 & 62mm wide.
14M available in 20, 37, 68, 90 & 125mm wide.
Smaller diameter sprockets are flanged. Constructions are pilot bore or suit a taper bush. Larger sizes are cast iron otherwise steel.
